SHIPPING. What’s up with that?

All items ship USPS First Class mail. If your item weighs over 13oz. we will bump you up to USPS Priority. Despite the love we have for our international friends, we are currently only shipping within the U.S. We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

 

SIZING. What’s up with that?

We tend to print on shirts that are fitted. When in doubt we recommend going up a size.

 

RETURN POLICY. What’s up with that?

The short version:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues be it sizing, quality, expectations, what have you, send it back and we'll either replace the item or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. Beyond 30 days we can offer exchanges.

The long version:
Wire & Twine guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you’re not completely happy with.

Please note the following limitations:
We ask that items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase to obtain a refund.
Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.


How to Exchange

If you would like to exchange merchandise for a different size or color please follow these instructions.
Send a note with requested action (new size or refund) and provide a return address if needed.

Returns and Concerns

Sometimes mistakes are made. An item is damaged in shipping or is defective from the studio. Look over your order and make sure that everything is okay and correct. If something is not right contact us ASAP. We ask that all defective or incorrect items must be brought to our attention within 7 days or receiving. Orders returned without a Return Authorization will not be refunded. Pick your situation from the headings below...

Product is damaged / defective or does not work: Contact us by e-mail and give us the details. We will give you instructions.

I've changed my mind and I don't want it: If it is unopened and in its original condition, we are happy to take it back and refund the price of the product if returned within 30 days from the original order date. Items returned after 30 days will be refunded store credit only. No shipping costs will be refunded.

I didn't get what I wanted: If you pushed the right buttons and we sent the wrong item, contact us and we will take care of it.
